On this 4/20, I will be celebrating by getting high as fuck. But it’s also a good time to remember that weed should be legal. Black and brown people who were incarcerated for weed (or other drugs for that matter) should be free and their records expunged. The government should also be giving them the resources to start their own cannabis businesses under the new legal framework.
