Questions

Common questions.

How does working together actually work?

It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. We talk about what you're trying to do, I ask a few questions, and we figure out together whether it makes sense to work together. No pitch, no pressure.

If it's a good fit, I'll follow up with a simple proposal: what I'll do, what it costs, and roughly how long it'll take. Once you're happy with it, we get started. I keep you in the loop throughout so there are no surprises.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the work. A tech concierge session is same-week. A single podcast episode is typically turned around in 3–5 business days. A new WordPress site is usually 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly we can get content and feedback moving.

I'll always give you a clear timeline before we start, and I'll flag anything that might affect it early.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. You don't need to have it figured out before we talk. Tell me what's frustrating you or what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll work backwards from there. I'd much rather help you figure out the right thing than sell you the wrong one.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For all packages I split billing into two payments: 50% to kick things off, and 50% on completion. If you need something different, just ask — I'd rather figure out something that works than lose a good project over timing.

Ready to stop fighting your tech?

Let's figure it out together. Help from someone who genuinely enjoys this stuff.
