I’m dis­play­ing my pro­nouns promi­nently on my site be­cause I think it’s nec­es­sary we nor­mal­ize shar­ing them. I’ve also been con­scious to not as­sume any­one’s pro­nouns be­fore they’ve shared them or I’ve asked. These are sim­ple yet im­por­tant things that cre­ate a more in­clu­sive space.
